Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ACOS (Automata Commerce OS), a product of Automata Global (OneAutomata), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ACOS is an AI-native Commerce Operating System and Point of Sale platform that provides merchants with tools for sales processing, inventory management, multi-channel commerce (including WhatsApp and Telegram), AI-powered analytics, and agentic commerce capabilities via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@oneautomata.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

ACOS offers a free trial period for paid modules. After the trial, continued use of paid modules requires a valid subscription. Automata Global reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ACOS to:

  • Process transactions for illegal goods or services
  • Circumvent applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access without written authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ACOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Transaction data, inventory data, and customer data you enter remain your property. Automata Global processes this data to provide the service and may use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement.

7. Intellectual Property

ACOS, its logo, and all associated technology are the exclusive property of Automata Global. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property.

8. Agentic Commerce and AI Features

ACOS provides AI-powered features including natural language queries, inventory predictions, and agentic commerce via MCP. These features are provided as-is. AI outputs are informational and should not be the sole basis for business-critical decisions. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automata Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ACOS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. Automata Global may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Automata Global may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica.
